First, I have to thank Rhonda Byrne for The Secret, The Magic, The Power and all that she has done with introducing this amazing message to so many people around the world. Second I want to thank everyone who has ever submitted a story to this site. I read these stories and they are all so very inspiring. 

I am a performer. I’ve grown up singing, dancing and acting and I always knew that it was my passion. Growing up as a kid I thought it was bad that I used to say “I can’t see or feel myself doing anything else”. Now I realize the amazing words I was speaking for my life and my future.

For the past few years I was working hard on my acting career. I was introduced to The Secret and I started meditating and using different LOA practices immediately.  In December I have no agent, no car and was barely making enough money but I was in love with life and believed strongly in my passion and my future. Life was amazing.

In January I got an all expenses paid trip to California. A feature film I was in was selected to be in the San Diego film festival. It was truly magical.

The next month I got back home and was working with the non-profit organization that I had been working with for years. After a conversation with one of the Executive directors about this car that I kept seeing on my walk to work, he offers to give me the money for the car. Just as a thank you for my hard work and dedication to the organization. I cried happy tears when I sat in my cherry red car that I had been wanting for months. So grateful! The month after that, the agent that I wanted to represent me, sent me an email asking of I was still interested in taking the agency on as my representation.

This was just the first 3 months of the year and I already went to Cali, got a car and got my agent!

The next few months were great and I booked a few shows and gigs. Then in may I lost my job. It was a big surprise but I wasn’t sad or upset. I understood that my journey there had come to an end. Throughout this time I had been volunteering at this amazing acting studio. I began to volunteer there more often with my free time. Times definitely got scary financially but I made sure that I stayed positive and made it through. A few months later the studio’s manager offered me a full time position to work there. Now I get to work at a place that I love to be and a place that loves me and understands my career. Then last December I booked one of the largest financial commercial deals within my agency, actually the largest financial deal in my agency’s history! 

Life is just truly amazing, it feels so good to witness the things you ask for manifest into existence.
It has been such an amazing year and I am grateful. I look forward to what next year has to bring.
