Last summer, we decided to sell our property in Portugal because we wanted to move back to France. We found buyers in a few days, and after a month, we found a dream location in France. We felt blessed, and everything went so fast and well. That is until we went to the notary with our papers for making up the contract to sell our farm and self-built home. She said that we could not sell it because there was a document missing!! We had to go through a long and expensive process to get the right papers. The buyers wanted to be sure that we would get the documents so they could buy it. We depended on their money to buy our place in France. The buyers were very afraid that the whole deal might not go through. They came up with many restrictions for a contract we had to make before we definitely could sell it. Time after time, there were more restrictions added.

During this process, I asked the Universe to help us out, mostly when I walked with my dogs in nature. I said every day that I had faith, that it all was going to be alright, even though we had so much trouble with the buyers.

Then, two weeks before we were going to sign an agreement with the buyers, our lawyer told us that there was a new law and that we didn’t need the missing documents anymore. We just could sell our property!!! I was so happy!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
