In March this year (2009) I shared my story about how I had attracted a relationship into my life in October 2008.

The man I attracted had everything I had specified in my journal when I asked the Universe for him (in terms of looks, education, possessions, religion, star sign, etc). However, I realized that he only cared about me, and didn’t have that deep romantic love that I so much yearned for from my man. I had to accept that as much as he is all that I had asked for, he couldn’t give me the romantic relationship I wanted. I could never force him to give me more. I tried. It only backfired.

So I revised my list of what I wanted in a relationship. I was hungry for romance and commitment. I wanted someone who would hold me tight, kiss me, tell me I’m beautiful, tell me he loves me, walk on the beach with me, introduce me to his friends and family, spoil me, make me his queen and more. I wanted my soul mate. I sent this new request to the Universe in August and specified that this would happen before the end of the year.

Funny how abundant the Universe is! As soon as I sent out my request, a Facebook friend told me he liked me. He knew nothing of my relationships, but the Universe knew. I also felt drawn to him, so strongly that I took a chance and accepted his proposal online even before we met. When we met, the pull was even stronger. He is exactly what I’ve asked for. Romantic to the core!
