One day my husband and I were at the beach and I had not planned on going in the water but my husband convinced me to join him. I was wearing my ring which he had bought for me about 6 months earlier (a 3 stone diamond ring, which I love!!). However, when my hands get wet the ring would slide off. So before I got in the ocean I decided to take it off and put it on my necklace. But while I was standing in the sand I dropped it!! Right at that same moment a huge wave came and it was gone! I saw the ring go back out with the tide! I screamed so loud that my husband thought I was hurt. I was crawling all over the sand crying, trying to find my ring. We spent almost three hours searching and could not find it.

I went home very sad and still crying because I loved that ring. It meant a lot to me. My husband kept telling me he would buy me a new one, but I kept telling him I wanted “my” ring back. So for the next nine days I kept going back to the same spot on the beach and looking for “my” ring. I watched The Secret to help inspire me that I was going to get my ring back. I had also placed an ad in a local online site stating that I had lost a ring and if anyone had found it to please return it.

While I was placing my add I noticed another similar add. I called the man and asked if he had found his ring. He said he rented a metal detector from a store that just happened to be in the same shopping center as my job.

So the next day I made my husband get up super early on his day off to go hunting for my buried treasure! Since the day I lost it he kept telling me that it was gone and to just let it go, but I told him no, because I “believe” I’m going to get it back! That morning with my metal detector in hand we returned to the exact same spot and not even two minutes later I had found my ring!!!!! I was so happy and my husband was in such shock!

Since that day he and I have a stronger belief in The Secret and the LOA!
