My Own Genie.
First, a big thanks to EVERYONE, and yes that includes you guys, the beautiful readers. I don’t know what I would do if I hadn’t discovered ‘The Secret’ two years ago. Being a teenager, you couldn’t begin to imagine how much it has helped me. My friends are always in awe of how happy I am, how everything seems to go my way. 🙂 So yes, a thank you, to everyone, for everything.
My short story begins two years ago, when I started putting the law of attraction into play. I have always loved writing, streaming my thoughts and feelings onto paper. The best therapy if you ask me, not to mention a great way for quick manifestation.
Two years ago there was The Year 8 Literacy English Awards. If you had asked me more than two years ago, I would have said I wouldn’t have stood a chance to win it. But having learned about the LOA, and putting it successfully into action, I decided something. I would get this award.
What I did was simple. So simple in fact, that I had to laugh. I just believed.
While using gratitude, visualizations, and monitoring my emotions, all I did was believe. I had no doubt I would win this award, I had no doubt the universe would give me this. Because I DESERVED to win, I DESERVED this pleasure.
In the end, it was no surprise when they called my name up, but still a wonderful feeling.
But what really amazed me, and this is something I only noticed recently, was that there was a genie lamp engraved on the front of the medal. My Genie. My Universe. The prospect was incredibly ironic, although I knew it was no mistake…it was a sign from the Universe, from the Genie. I had asked, I had believed, and I had received. THANK YOU.
Now, whenever I need a reminder that I CAN have whatever I want, that I CAN be whoever I want, that I CAN be happy, I look at this medal, and I know the Universe has got my back.
So what I want to end my note on is this: If you ever have any doubt at all, if even the slightest, go back and think about something you HAVE attracted, even if unintentional, you will know it to be true.
