I woke up on 10th June 2012, but this morning was different from normal mornings. The moment I woke up, I knew that I was suffering from a stomach disorder. I used pills but nothing happened. I tried everything that any one would try, going to a doctor, taking pills, taking adequate care, but nothing turned things around.

Instead of making things better my situation started getting worse. I started with the stomach disorder in the morning and by the time the afternoon approached, I was suffering from the stomach disorder and a fever.

My body was aching and I was unable to even drink water.

By afternoon, I was in a very bad shape. I had no one to take care of me, I had to do everything by myself.

While I was in such pain, my mind reminded me of the “Gratitude Journal” that I do daily. I started being grateful for my body, my body organs, the food I had last night, the people that cooked such amazing food for me and all other amazing events that happened with me last night.

Within 15 minutes of me starting this exercise, my fever went away. I was feeling better, but the stomach disorder was still there. I started using the power of gratitude more and more and within few minutes, I felt amazing, and within few minutes of me reaching my amazing mode, I was free from stomach disorder issues as well.

I had an amazing dinner in the night and was so grateful to the universe for responding to my requests so quickly.
