I always wanted a new guitar. I wanted one so badly that I cut out pictures of guitars and pasted them on my vision book. I would imagine and feel as though I had a new guitar.

I have a very old guitar that is damaged in the guitar neck and it can’t be repaired. I kept on thinking about the broken guitar and felt terrible about it.

After a few weeks, as I was looking through my emails I read one of The Secret Scrolls saying that, we will never be given more if we are not appreciating what we already have.

I went back home wiped my guitar clean and said thank you, thank you and felt as much gratitude as I could for the guitar.

Then one day when I was on the bus, my sister texted me saying “Guess what? Dad bought something for you!”.

And yes, my sister said that my dad just bought a brand new guitar for me! I felt like I was dreaming and I looked through the bus windows and I was passing by a church! I had Goosebumps, I was so touched.

Lesson: We must believe and feel as though we already have it.
