I had seen the movie, The Secret, for the first time when I was in high school. I was so excited to hear about The Secret but it sounded a little too magical, even for me. But still, I decided to check it out anyway.

I imagined finding a bill of 50 shekels which is worth something around 15 dollars today. It was not a lot, but for me, it seemed like a pretty good amount because I was just a child back then. Also, it was not too crazy an amount to suddenly get. I decided I would prefer to find it around somewhere because getting it from my family would not be much proof for me. That was because I would get some money from them now and then. I also would not want something crazy to happen to get it. So, I imagined a picture of it lying on the ground and my hand being extended to get it. I did this a few times during the next few days and then I forgot about it after that.

One day during that same week, on my way back from school I felt the urge to go home by a little different route from what I would usually take. I had to pass the road in a different location from what I was used to. There, near the sidewalk where I stopped to let the cars pass, I saw it. A wrinkled paper that looked like a bill. I extended my hand and grabbed it. It was 50 shekels, just as I imagined!!!

I got my proof, and it took less than a week for it to happen. And I have to emphasize that I had never found bills before this, nor I did do so much afterward, so it was a really rare thing for me. It really was the proof I was looking for.
