Hello,

I’m Polly and I am from Norfolk England. Only in the last couple of months have I read and really delved into the world of The Secret and the law of attraction. It has already changed my life for the better.

I am 19 years old, have severe anxiety, and have had it for years. At the end of 2020, I started getting counseling, and it really opened my eyes to the world of positivity.

The year 2020 was particularly bad for me as well as many others as the pandemic hit. I had to shut down my salon 3 times due to a national lockdown. This left my mental health at an all-time low. I had no income and no social interactions except for my family and some zoom calls. One random day in November 2020, I came across someone talking about The Secret. I was intrigued and read up about it and it sounded like just what I needed. So I asked my mum to get it for me for Christmas, and it was the best present I have ever received. I started reading it straight away and could already feel myself becoming more happy and positive every day! And this was only a few days into reading it!

So I started writing in a gratitude journal each day, doing my affirmations, putting down my desires, and visualizing my goals in life. One night I was reading The Secret and then went to sleep. I started to feel anxious about my financial situation, so I visualized and thanked the Universe for everything I had and then said how grateful I would be to receive a little bit of money just so I could pay my mum and help with food.

In December I had applied for a business grant because of having to shut my business down and was no longer getting any income. However, I was told it would be unlikely for me to receive more than £50. Then on the 1st of  February, I popped in to get myself a few bits from the shop, but I thought I would check my bank account first to make sure that I had enough. I thought I only had £15 in there, so when I opened my banking app and the amount came up I nearly fainted. I had received £1500 from the grant! A whole £1450 more than I ever thought I would get! I closed my eyes and just thanked the Universe right there and then. Then I did so in town and out loud. It was more than I would ever ask for and I am so grateful! I fully believe that the Universe did that.
