A few years back me and my family were struggling to find the right groom for me. My family is quite orthodox, my dad is a pessimist and our financial condition was also not good. Finding a groom from our community was getting very tough as the parents of guys were asking for a huge amount of dowry. I was getting hopeless and my dad’s health was going down hill and in the year of 2014 he had a major heart attack. The whole family was going through a financial crisis.

I was completely frustrated and being the elder among my siblings, I was having lots of pressure. After my dad’s angioplasty, relatives use to come at our place to meet my dad and they held me responsible for dad’s heart attack.

As I am an Engineer, I wanted to get married to an educated guy and/or an Engineer, but nobody in my family was understanding of that, they were all looking for a businessman. In my community guys generally don’t do higher studies, and the few them who are Engineers or graduates, their parents were asking for a large dowry. I was pissed off about my family and relatives matrimony process.

Then a colleague of mine asked me to read The Secret. I did, but nothing changed in my life. Then he asked me to watch the movie and after watching the movie of The Secret I started using LOA for small things and it worked!!!!!! Wow!!

Then I read The Magic and after that I created a vision board. I wrote the month of my marriage, the kind of guy and the kind of marriage I wanted and I also wrote that my wedding is a shotgun wedding. Then I started being grateful for this every day.

After a few months I went to Mumbai. I met a guy and guess what?! We got married after one month of my engagement, the wedding was exactly the same as I had written on my vision board and my husband has all those qualities that I had written on my vision board. Everything happened exactly the same as I had asked! Wow!

I am thankful of Rhonda and all of those who have posted their awesome experiences with LOA here. Those experiences gave me lots of inspiration and because of them,  I stayed with my imagination and belief that I would get what I wanted. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am a happy soul who is celebrating life!
