It was about time for me to replace my car.

I had it for 6 years and it was beginning to cost me more money in repairs.

My husband hated my car for many reasons. Before I found The Secret, I also disliked it a lot. But now I liked to keep a positive outlook about it and was thankful every time I drove it.

I am currently a stay at home Mom to our two children and was waiting on an okay from my husband to either be able to look for a new vehicle or to just go and purchase a new set of winter tires for the car I was driving.

September came and went, then October. It snowed. It snowed some more. I got stuck. I priced out winter tires. I kept thinking about the car I would want to replace the one I was driving. November came and went. Finally, I told my husband I could wait no longer. I needed to know if I could look for a replacement or not. I was given the okay, with conditions.

If I was to be able to find my new car, it needed to actually be an SUV. I needed 4 wheel drive for all those occasions I get stuck in our driveway. Color wasn’t important. Nor was features.

What was important was price.

We needed to be able to find cheap financing to keep our payments low. We looked online and priced out what I wanted. It didn’t look like we would be able to get my dream vehicle. We priced out comparables and my husband told me I would probably have to live with one of them.

I went online to search out all my options. Somehow, I ended up searching for what my dream car was on a website, and there it was!  

My 4wd, leather interior, sunroof, Ford Escape was there!

Best of all it was in the exact color I wanted, aqua!  

I printed out the info on it and searched for comparables. All the comparables had higher mileage and also cost more! I showed my husband who said he didn’t want to go look at any used vehicles. So I decided to continue my search.

The next day, he called me from work in the morning to say that he had thought it over and we should go look at the one I wanted as it was basically brand new with only 3500 km on it.
 
I was so excited!  

I called and was able to arrange a viewing. We drove that evening to go see it. As soon as my husband sat in it, I knew it was mine.

We agreed to purchase and were able to get the payments for what we wanted them to be.

I am so happy to be driving the vehicle I had looked at for more than two years. I was especially thankful as I was able to get it in my favorite color, which was just discontinued for 2014.

There are many people who don’t believe that The Secret works.  

Since following The Secret I have attracted many things that I have wanted into my life. I enjoy proving them wrong and am looking forward to what else will come my way.
