I have always wanted to own a BMW. All my friends and family knew it, people who hardly knew me knew that my dream car was a BMW. I would ogle at them on the street. If I walked past one in a car park I would touch it. I’d sometimes stop my friends mid-sentence to stare at one as it drove by.

About 2 years ago, my company was auctioning one to the employees and at the time I didn’t have the funds to bid on it, but I sat down in it and just envisioned myself driving one some day.

About 6 months ago I got a promotion. This new position came with a company vehicle. At my level the bench mark vehicle was a Rav 4. I didn’t even entertain the thought of ordering a BMW. I was therefore very surprised when the HR employee responsible for all the necessary paperwork said to me that someone else in the company at my level ordered a BMW. I was shocked!! She told me to talk to him and find out which agent he dealt with at the BMW dealership. I did and the rest is history, I now own a dark blue (the perfect colour) BMW!!

What is amazing about this is that I only started reading “The Secret” about 2 – 3 weeks ago!! The Secret was already working in my life and I didn’t even know. Imagine what could happen if I really were to practice these teachings more regularly.

One of my next biggest goals is a house. But not just any old house, I want one in the area I’m living right now. The obstacle is that this area is a tad pricey. But if I am to understand the teachings of The Secret, that is of no concern to me!! I’ll have my house.
