My Corgi Returns Home
Submitted by: HMD
McAllen, TXSingle woman lives with her loving, sweet dogs and a crazy parrot. I applied the LOA and my dog was found and returned to me.
First, I want to give thanks to Rhonda and her team for their work. Also, all the amazing stories on this website.
My dog was stolen from my home and found two towns over on the side of the road, the day after she was stolen. My dog did not have her dog tags and was not micro chipped. Her tags were removed and she was dumped on the side of the road. My dog was found by a couple of kids and then was taken to the Villarreal family who kept her. Between this family and her neighbor, Sonia, they would make calls to local vets and shelters and even took her to the vet to get scanned for a microchip.
Sonia had lost her dogs a few months back and would make visits to the local shelter every few weeks. 5 weeks after my dog was stolen Sonia walks into the shelter and sees Cordelia’s picture on the billboard. After meeting Sonia, I gave her my book, The Power and told her that this book gave me hope and will give her hope too.
I had only posted the picture 10 days after she was stolen. That day I happened to be passing by the shelter and made an illegal u turn at the last minute and posted her picture. The LOA at work.
I kept the faith and used the laws of attraction and believed my dog was home with me. I kept her leash by the door, her dog food filled and water, too. I imagined she was laying under my bed and I could see her nose when I would crawl into bed. I imagined her barking when she wanted to go outside. I kept her picture beside me in the car and pretended she was riding with me.
I would pray that where ever she was at and who she was with, was loving her like I do. I would tell myself she’s stealing their hearts like she did mine. The family and Sonia loved her so much and had become a part of the family, even took her to get groomed, bought her a Halloween costume, she would swim in their pool and they even served her steak.
A friend of a friend even gave me the reward money to give the family.
The day she was returned is a day I will never forget. It’s been a true blessing and I am forever grateful to Cordelia’s angels.
We are now living in another home, across the street from the “doggie” park which is her favorite place to go.
Thanks for reading my story. Many blessings and love to all.
