My Big Change.
I have been attempting to use the law of attraction for about 3 years now. At first it was extremely hard for myself to actually clear my thoughts because I lose focus so easily. My thoughts are constantly changing every second. Until just recently, I had found it extremely hard for me to apply the law of attraction to my everyday life. I found a very inspiring video on Youtube that has you repeat phrases. I found this video extremely helpful. But in order for me to actually clear my thoughts, I found a meditation video to find my happy place first and then listened to the inspiring video. Controlling my breathing has helped by taking big deep breaths and tilting my head back. I have not had anything big happen to me as I just started this 2 days ago. But I have found a peace of mind and can feel this crazy energy flowing through my body when I meditate. I have managed to clear most of my negative thoughts. Anytime I start feeling negative thoughts I immediately start listening to these videos to clear my mind. I have ADD really bad and until now I was not able to control my mind sometimes because my brain lacked concentration. But this has helped so much! Controlling our thoughts is key, especially for someone like me, and it can be done!
