Mr. Right for a picky girl
Submitted by: Anna H.
Hungary29 years young, a doctor's assistant, that's who I am! Now, with boyfriend... :)
Well, I had not much luck in my relationships. To be honest, I lost luck in my life since I turned 23.
In the year 2007, I met The Power of The Secret. I couldn’t hide away from it, it just popped up in unexpected places, carried to me by people whom I never saw before – or after. I had to bow my head and accept what is. And the wonders began, of course.
In the year 2009, I decided I would try this in my love life. I created a long, wavy red-haired, muscular man, with everything I thought was needed for a Mr. Right. His name was Robert.
He had a place beside me in the bed, in my wardrobe, in the bathroom, etc. You know this all. No? You will.
He did not appear. I registered on some sites to find him. No nothing. I did not give up, though it was very tempting. I started to demand a sign. The sign waited a few days long on the same bus stop as I. Delicious, but I’m not his style, and he is not mine. No red hair. 😀
In December 2009, I had a strange dream. I walked in a park, and a man – who looked some kind of business man – came to me. He introduced himself as “the personal angel of my love life”. He said that my demands are impossible, and I know that very well. He was damn right. I created Robert, but I always thought, “I don’t want any more pain,” and so.
“But,” he said “We have something in stock especially for you only. What do you think?”
“O.K. Tell me if he fits the inner things, I won’t complain on the outwards… He can even be brown, straight haired, bearded (that was a bit eeeew for me at that time), and called Joe. So tell me.”
“Exactly,” was all he said with his grinning mouth. And I woke up.
Three weeks later, I received another e-mail from another guy. Maaaan, brown, long, silky hair, beard, and Joe. He is the leather jacketed Sign from the bus stop, exactly. Just the red, wavy hair and the name does not match. Daaah, who cares? XD
Are we still in love? Yes. We are actually planning our life together. So imagine that I do the gratitude dance. I do it often these days.
THANKS TO YOU ALL!
Anna
P.S. I was thinking how could I have the Hungarian version of The Power. The same day, I purchased a new magazine. They gave the first 100 new subscribers the book! Now I have a very, very good book, and a very useful magazine too!
