I use The Secret all the time, have been reading stories for inspiration and knew I had to post my story to this community. It may inspire someone like all the other stories inspired me.

I first heard about The Secret in 2008 but never understood it. When my elder son was 6 years old, we thought about having a second baby. Since I didn’t have any trouble getting pregnant with the first one, I assumed this time it also would be smooth, but it was not. After a few months without success, I contacted my doctor and after conducting various tests, no issue was found. The next month, I became pregnant naturally but had a miscarriage at 6 weeks.

I was asked to contact a fertility specialist. Their office was a 10 minutes car ride from my workplace. I started worrying about the commute for appointments, given the parking restrictions in downtown. The Secret worked its magic and their office shifted right next to my office before my appointments started. Now I could walk for my appointments!

I went through 2 rounds of IUI without any success and was told if a 3rd round fails, IVF is my only option. I was terrified and wanted it to work very badly. Due to my fear, the 3rd IUI failed as well. I was so devastated that I decided to take a break from medications and became pregnant again naturally but had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. My worst fears came true when my doctor suggested IVF as my only option. I was depressed and thought my dream of having a second child would never be true. All this while, all my friends and women I knew were getting pregnant and I couldn’t bear to see them, let alone congratulate them. I became bitter and sad.

That’s when I saw The Secret movie a couple of times and started practicing it. I told myself that my life has hit rock bottom, now the only way further is to go up. I kept affirming that my IVF process is going to be smooth, painless and will cost me a minimal amount. No one believed this, but I knew it. And that’s what happened!

A nurse with over 30 years of experience in IVF was appointed to my case and she calmly helped me through all the care, injections and medications I required. I never felt any pain. I also always used to bless the nurse who took my blood work daily for 2 months. My insurance covered most of the cost and I only had to pay less than 5%. I blessed the clinic and all the doctors and the staff working there.

Out of 6 embryos, only 1 turned out to be healthy. I was sad that this was my only chance, but once again reached out to The Secret for help. I knew in my heart that this is my healthy baby that the Universe has sent to me. No one was sure, but I was. The transfer was successful and I didn’t get worried nor did I even bother to take a home pregnancy test. I knew the results already.

With The Secret’s help, I had a smooth and easy pregnancy and a very easy delivery. My baby is now 18 months. I am so, so, so blessed to have a happy, healthy boy. The Universe manifested my biggest wish. Whenever I am in doubt, I look at him and smile and know that The Secret works! Now my husband believes in The Secret too!
