Miracle First Class Degree.
Submitted by: Laura
ScotlandI'm just about to graduate university and have secured a great job already. I want to share my story of how I attained a 1st class degree against the odds.
Thank you to Rhonda Byrne for sharing The Magic of The Secret to The Power of love. I posted recently about securing my graduate job and having just found out that I will be graduating University with a first class degree, I would like to share with you all how I did it. And how you can too!
So to cut a long story short, my 4th year of uni grades from September to January were at a 2:1 level, never over 70% which was what is needed for a 1st. I had read The Secret, The Power and The Secret To Teen Power (as an adult) but the two that really resonated with me the most are The Secret and The Magic. I did not follow The Magic religiously, though I did try and do my gratitude list of 10 things each morning for a period of time.
So in February I began imagining I had my first class degree. I do not think I ever got in the ‘feeling state of having it’ because I struggle with that. I simply tried to be happy as much as I could and when I thought of my 1st class degree I made sure I felt happy. I did that maybe a couple of minutes each day. In my exams however, I wrote 75% at the top of the question papers and said thank you, thank you, thank you for my 75% for this exam, before I even started writing.
Before one of my exams I was reading my notes and noticed a page that had ‘the 100 most commonly misspelt words in the English dictionary’. The invigilator came and called us in. So I glanced at that page with the list of words and one word and one word only caught my eye. It was gratitude!!! I knew at this point this was the Universe reminding me to be grateful as much as I can and as often as I can. And so, for every one of my exams I wrote 75% at the top of the paper I felt gratitude for it.
Those exams were in May and in June I received my results. I got a first class degree!! I literally cried with happiness and could not believe it. I am not really sure if I actually got 75% exactly for my exams, but that does not really matter to me. I got my end goal of a first class degree from one of the best Business Schools in the UK and that up until 3 months before the end of my degree, my grades did not reflect attaining a first class degree!
So try to be happy as much as you can and as often as you can. When you visualise or simply think of what you want, be happy about it. And be grateful for everything you can in your life because this will increase your happiness in a simple and effective way and it will also really change your life. Believe that you have got what it takes!
Thank you!
