Meditation Chanting OM Namah Shivay.
These days I have been very busy with my studies because in the next month I have final exams for my second year in homeopathy. I am a medical student studying homeopathy. So I started studying but I was not experiencing anything that felt good. I was feeling dull and lazy and very much depressed. So last night I thought that I should watch The Secret movie which is about the law of attraction. That is because whenever I feel dull or lazy I always watch that movie because the movie inspires me a lot.
So after watching the movie, when I got up early the next morning I was full of energy. A bit later I was starting to feel some laziness again so I thought I should meditate. I did chanting of “OM” five times but it was not very effective. So I started to scroll through YouTube and saw so many meditations. As I am a devotee of Lord Shiva, I found one video that says by chanting “OM Namah Shivay” 108 times, it will boost your mental health and you will feel so much energy. So I did.
Now I am feeling very energetic and some positive things have come into my life this morning after doing that meditation and thinking about positivity really stimulates the vital force in our bodies.
