From about 3-4 years ago, I had always wanted to manifest a muscular,lean and tight Physique without any fat on my body. I had been dieting so very hard, eating 5-6 meals a day with strict two-three hour intervals between each meal. I would never eat deserts at parties, or even when I went out with my family, and would rather deprive myself in a sense.

I decided 9 weeks ago that I would let myself go. I told myself constantly every single day, “I can eat whatever I want and still have my perfect dream body by the term 3 school holidays”, “I am being lean”, “I am being muscled”, and “I am being perfect”. I began to feel like I had my dream body within every moment of every single day. And that’s right, I ate pizza, chocolate, sweets, ice cream, you name it, I was eating it very happily indeed!

It is now the term 3 school holidays, and I have my perfect dream body! The Universe is truly magical!

I bought all of the clothes and shoes I believed I was going to wear with my perfect dream body for the holidays, and the time has come and I am so happy with myself and I love life so so much. I now live with my big, lean chest, shoulders, arms and big v-shape back. Not to mention my legs and abs! Of which my abs are popping out like I always imagined them to!
