My youngest daughter is due to start secondary school in September. It is a wonderful school and she is really looking forward to going. I knew, however, that buying all of her uniforms and supplies would be a struggle for us, financially. My husband and I both work long hours to cover bills and basics and there isn’t often any money left over after payday. I had been anxious about how I was going to afford to pay for everything she needed and it was beginning to make me feel nervous. I wanted her to have the same as the other girls at school without ever feeling self conscious or like she didn’t fit in.

I knew I had to feel good about money in order to bring it in to my life. I listened to The Secret audiobook and then I also listened to The Power. I often found it difficult to visualize having money and being abundant. I had never experienced this so I was not truly sure how it feels!! So I focused on giving positivity and love as much as possible. I avoided talking about or listening to anything negative as often as I could, and I listed everything I was thankful for each morning and evening. I focused on everything positive in my life and how grateful I was for all we have. I visualized my daughter having everything she needs for school by the end of the week. I had no idea how this would happen, I just knew that it would.

Today I received an email to say I have won a competition I forgot I even entered! It was a ‘back to school’ competition and the prize is £300 in vouchers for school supplies! I’m so happy and grateful!! Although I knew the power of The Secret I could never have imagined how good it would feel to have manifested something into my life when I truly had no idea how it would happen.

I am truly lucky to have discovered the power we all hold and the ability we have to change our lives for the better.
