Manifested My Ideal Weight Easily.

First and foremost, thank you from the bottom of my heart to Rhonda Byrne and The Secret team who have shared so much knowledge with the world. My life has truly become a dream life and so much of that is due to The Secret teachings! Thanks also to anyone who has posted on The Secret website! The stories on here are truly inspiring and make such a difference!
I am so excited to share my story about manifesting my ideal weight! Let me start by saying that I’ve pretty much maintained a healthy weight my entire life. Working out and eating clean became my passion at a very young age, so I’m grateful that I had the passion and drive for both of those things. I realized in my first year of college that working out made me feel incredible; it was a form of meditation for me and increased my confidence to a fantastic height. I think my passion for working out was certainly a key driver in achieving my weight, but as you’ll see from my story, mindset is still the most critical factor.
I discovered The Secret book during my third year of college, after transferring to a fashion college in New York City. I was so inspired and excited that I decided to create a vision board (well, it was a folder with pictures of what I wanted inside). I was actually not too far from my goal weight, but still not there yet, so I was determined to achieve it. Every night before going to bed, I would look at photos of what I wanted, including my ideal weight. I would always feel as if it were me, so I would crop the top of the photo and imagine I was looking at a photo of myself. I would feel immense gratitude for it.
After about a month, I felt inspired to start tracking what I ate. This helped me to better understand what would happen when I ate a certain amount of calories, which I found super helpful. Slowly but surely, the weight dropped off! I felt better and better every single day. I truly felt so confident about myself. The entire process was so enjoyable. My plan was to simply increase my calorie intake to maintain my weight. Of course, I did have “cheat meals” here and there, but I found that I was so much happier and energized when I focused on eating clean.
Then one day, I stepped on the scale and saw the dream number I always wanted to see right before my eyes. I jumped for joy! I know from the bottom of my heart that applying The Secret’s principles of visualization and positive thinking helped me achieve my goal. I was inspired to do so many things that felt effortless and truly made me happy to do in order to achieve my goal in the end.
I was so blissfully happy and confident that I met my partner at the time only a week later!
