Hello everyone,

I am a recent bachelor degree graduate who has been working in the “real world” for slightly over a year now. When I accepted my job, I knew the company that I worked for had a lot of potential and I enjoyed becoming friends with all of my colleagues. I also really enjoyed the work that I did as I knew my efforts were making a difference in the community.

However, despite enjoying the work that I do as well as loving all the wonderful people, my job did contain some drawbacks. First off, I have nearly an hour commute each way, and the salary that I was making could barely justify the commute cost.

I had listened to the audiobook of The Secret and The Power multiple times on my daily commutes, and have also read The Magic. I then decided to manifest my desire of increasing my salary. This would allow me to financially justify my drive everyday.

I started writing my desired salary in my gratitude journal and expressed my gratitude for “receiving” it, and each night I would dream of what it would feel like to receive my new paycheck. I continued doing this for two months, which then became so ingrained in my belief system that it felt real. This triggered change made me feel, without a shadow of a doubt, that I was going to receive an increased salary.

During this time things started changing around the office. My close colleague with the same skill level and background as me suddenly left the company to pursue a different job. The sudden hole that she left was tough for the company to handle and they knew they couldn’t lose anyone else. As a result, our management decided they would try to do everything in their power to keep me.

I am sure you’ve guessed it.

Management decided to give me an increased salary.

Despite not telling a single soul what my desired salary was, when I received my new offer/contract it was the EXACT salary I had desired!

I wish I could say I was surprised, but since I dreamed and believed about this every night, I Just KNEW it was going to happen.

My final words of encouragement are:

1.) Never let someone else limit or hinder your own personal dreams.

2.) No dream is ever too big to manifest.

3.) Once you have become clear with what you want, imagine yourself having it in the present moment. This is meant to be fun and should be enjoyable.

4.) Once you start imagining you having your dream/desire, something will just click. At this moment you truly know that it is yours, and it is only a short moment of time before it is fully manifested in your life.
