I recently joined a job where the culture is quite poor, even though I know I attracted that opportunity due to my own thoughts. Despite the situation, I always envisioned being in this type of scenario. Now that I’ve experienced the negative culture, I am eager to move on.

Here are some techniques I tried:

– Robotic affirmations

– Positive affirmations

– The mirror technique

– Maintaining a strong belief at all times

– Writing down exactly what I truly wanted, especially in terms of finances and workplace culture

This process has genuinely worked for me. The job I attracted is exactly what I asked for, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.
