ENGLANDA strong believer in the law of attraction, universal powers, and The Secret.
Thank you to the author of The Secret, The Power, and The Magic. You are inspiring so many people out here.
I am a strong believer in universal powers. After I read The Secret I knew deep down in my heart that everything that was mentioned in that book was true. I would like to take an opportunity to share my story here with all you beautiful people to encourage you to keep believing in yourself.
I am a single parent of a child who was looking for a house to rent. The Council offered me a house. When I went to view the house it was not painted properly. It was an old house and had had many people that had lived there. Each time someone new lived there, they had painted different shades of color on the walls and the paint was coming off in some places. I told the housing officer that I was not willing to accept the offer. When she asked me the reason for not accepting it, I said that it was not painted properly and I had a 1 year old baby that I could not bring to this house without proper painting, nor did I have enough money to have it done myself. She got a bit upset and said that I was not going to be able to find or get a painted house. I still did not accept the offer for that house because I was hoping to at least get a little better house than that.
I struggled to find a house for a couple of months. I sometimes got disheartened, and I sometimes regretted letting go of that house, but most of the time I truly believed that I would get the kind of house that I wanted.
A few months passed by and I was able to bid on a newly built house. I was number 3 on the preference list. After some days I got a letter asking me to come and view the house I bid for, and I was given the number one priority for that newly built house! On the day of viewing, I had booked a holiday trip so I called the housing place and told them that no matter what, I was accepting the house! I loved where it was located, I loved that it was new, and I loved that it was white wash painted! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
When I went to get the keys to the house, that same housing officer came to do the paperwork. I was so happy and over the moon to see not only my main wish of a house with painted walls but also everything was new! It was as if the Universe stood there and took my order and built a new house just for me! Out of excitement, I reminded the officer that she had told me that I would not get a painted house, and she said with a smile, “Lucky you!”
So guys, I hope this story inspired you to keep believing in yourself. Life is beautiful and God has given us all equal powers. We just we have to be mindful and try to stay positive all the time. Good vibes to all and love to all of you! Thank you!
