Hello happy manifesters!!

This is about how I manifested a trip in near impossible circumstances. This incident happened in May of 2019. As I am a university student living far away from home, me and my elder brother used to write letters to each other for fun. On one such letter, he mentioned to me that “we” would be visiting Shirdi, a popular pilgrimage site, later that month. I was overjoyed. The last time I visited was a good 10 years back during the monsoon along with my mama and papa. The idea of chill breezes, and breathtaking mountain view from my hotel room, and the travel itself excited me. Plus I was eager to go on a summer vacation after my month long and tiring university studies.

Soon after the vacation was declared, I returned to Chennai. That was when I came to know that by the word “we” he meant his group of extended family members, not my mama and papa. The tickets and rooms were booked, the bags were packed and everything was already planned. I wanted to go but there was no way possible for me to do so. I felt sad but nonetheless, I wished them all the goodness they could get, as at least they are able to fulfill their dream.

Then the most unexpected of things happened. Out of the 11 family members, one of them decided not to go a night before the trip. Desperate for filling that one spot for the trip with such a short notice of time, my brother asked me to join them on the trip. Initially I was a little hesitant as I didn’t like traveling with a bunch of ‘no fun’ elders but I agreed anyway. To my surprise, the trip was not all bad. I kinda enjoyed the trip and learned some life lessons on how to deal with people. The darshan was blissful. We even managed to visit the nearby pilgrimage sites of Nashik, Panchavadi, and Trimbakeshwar Temple. On the whole, the trip was a success!

The interesting part is the person who dropped out is a travel enthusiast and would never miss a chance for a tour. I guess everything happened in favor of me because the Universe was in play. All I would like to tell the world is to be grateful for your past experiences and the present will unfold to your liking. Say the magic words, thank you!!
