Ever since 2016 I have been a gym fanatic and totally focused on eating right. I did lose quite a bit of weight but not as fast and as easily as I wanted. I saw people who barely tried, shedding off weight so fast and so easy. At this time I still had no knowledge of The Secret. I read it a few years back but forgot about it. Come December 2016 I re-read it and this time the information sunk in well. I realized I was focusing more on losing weight rather than enjoying the process of knowing that my body is intelligent enough and knows what it needs to do for me to reach my ideal weight of 65 Kgs. I started looking at food as fuel for my body and literally ate whatever I wanted, knowing that my body knew what to eliminate and what to retain as nutrients. I only exercised when I felt like doing so and stopped killing myself as before. I was relaxed and chilled and was grateful for my current body yet at the same time, eager and excited for the body which I could see as mine.
Fast forward to 4 weeks later. I have been dropping off 2 kgs per week doing absolutely nothing. I started off at 79 kgs. and I am now 70 kgs. My body is beautiful and every day I admire the changes that it is going through all on its own, as I look forward with great excitement to reach 65 kgs.
So you do honestly have the power. It all begins in your mind. Choose your thoughts carefully. Do not focus on weight loss, focus instead on feeling good and feeling light and sexy and confident. Then just watch just how fast you become thin. Life is fabulous, so bask in the greatness of it! Thank you!
