As I am writing this the Beatles song “Hey Jude”, is playing and it is just affirming that my life is getting better.

This time last year I was in the most depressed and negative situations I could imagine.

See, that was my problem. I always imagined the worst case scenarios and believed in them. As soon as I starting imagining positive stories and believing in them through the magic of imagination, I painted my world with beautiful colors.

My life now is amazing.

I believe in myself more then ever. I love who I am and who I am becoming. I want to thank God and the Universe for the strength, power, love, and wisdom. I am grateful for my life and for my family and friends.

I am thankful for my lessons because without them I wouldn’t be here. When you feel like the pain is too much, and the sadness is too dark, remember one day you will be thankful for them because they are part of the journey. We must feel the worst to appreciate the best. So stay strong.

And remember if no one loves you, I love you and that’s enough for you to love you.
