I was struggling in school because I was not attending many classes. I used to be a 4.0 student and this time I was below a 2.0 GPA. The university almost kicked me out and I knew I had to pick up my game. When I started visualizing my grades and applying The Secret to my life, that was when my grades starting turning around. I started enjoying my courses and attending each class.

For the first four classes The Secret worked exceptionally well; however, for the last class I received a D. I realized that for that class, which I hated, I was not really applying The Secret. Even though I had imagined that I would receive a B in that class, I didn’t enjoy it and I kept on visualizing the outcome if I had not passed that class.

Long story short, although my GPA improved significantly, I was still on academic probation with a chance of not being able to return to the university. My next challenge was a summer school math course that would determine my financial aid for the next semester. I was nervous and unsure about how I would finish in this course. I struggled in the beginning and by the time it came to the final, I knew I was not doing well enough to get a B in the course. Fortunately, I changed my thinking. I knew that I was going to ace that exam. I knew in my heart that I was a getting a B in this course.

In order to better visualize, I printed my class grade sheet and photoshopped a B in the picture. I started saying thank you for every problem on the final because I knew I was receiving a perfect score. Although I was a bit flustered due to the length of the exam, I believed in my heart that I did well. I continually repeated every single day that I have received a B in the class. I visualized my mother calling me in excitement, I saw my boyfriend who was so happy for me, I saw my friends and I was celebrating this victory. And of course, I saw myself going up to my teacher and telling him thank you for all of his help. Each day before I received my grade, I remained calm. When a moment of doubt entered my mind I would say, “I know I have received a B.” If another grade would flash in my head I would immediately release it and repeat the phrase above. I believed with all my heart that I received a B and the Universe had answered my prayer.

Long story short, I received a B!
