First of all I want to excuse if my english is not the best, I am from Germany. But I really want to share my success story with you and I hope it will help you. So here it is:

When I finished school with not having the grades I wanted, I struggled with life not knowing what I want. I didn’t believe I was able to study with this bad graduation, so as my beliefs it happened like this. I looked for something new to do and thought about becoming a model. The problem was I weighed too much and I didn’t feel well in my own skin.

After too many months I started remembering The Secret. I read it some years ago and re-read it. I was enthusiastic and I wanted to know and understand much more. With The Power and The Magic (and some other books- oh yeah I read a lot during this time), I started to change. It took quite a time for me to come to this state of mind and I am still learning so many new things everyday. But one day I said to myself: Now it’s time to do it!

I set my goals: losing weight within two weeks, find the university place of my dreams and working as a model.

Because I felt insecure about how I should lose weight, because I tried before and failed, I read the Success Stories of others here on The Secret site. And this really gets me in the right mood and I started believing it.

I now understood that I had to act like I have my weight of my dream (56kg). I saw myself in my new bikini on the beach, walking around very proud and imagined my family members and friends telling me how amazing I look. Every time I looked in the mirror I was saying positive things to me. And that was when the magic happens. Within two weeks I lost 8 kg 🙂

And I reached my other goals of course. I am so happy right now!
