My life started when I learned about “the Secret”. Before this, I always felt that I just existed, but inside me there’s a voice that tells me there is something bigger out there and so I have prayed so hard to find the way, for life.
And so I have attracted “the Secret” and a friend gave me a DVD in late 2007. When I watched it, it was a turning point like pieces of a puzzle finally put together. I started practicing it bringing changes in me at first. From being depressive and hopeless I appreciated things and started being grateful. And I have accomplished a lot of things from then on. I have learned to love myself and just let other people be themselves.

One of the many things that I have manifested since living “the Secret” is the good life I now enjoy here in U.S.A. Two years ago, no one would believe I could ever come here and have a good job. There are no visas available for our employment and the news of recession is worldwide. I didn’t even have work experience to qualify me for job offers. But in my gratitude journal, I wrote down Dec. 2008 that I will go to USA in 2009. I didn’t know how but I believed it will come true. And it all started to happen – the universe rearranged itself to manifest my intentions.

I got to work in a local hospital in the Philippines and I saw an agency in the internet that are recruiting healthcare workers and I wrote “Thank you” for this agency and for everything to fall on the right places…and I had an interview and was accepted as they were looking for the exact specialization that I have chosen to practice in the hospital.

Many people discouraged me because there is visa retrogression for nurses but every day I said “Thank you” for my US visa. And my papers were filed for the visa lottery and it turned out there’s no need for the lottery coz the quota for visa applicants was not reached. And my application was approved, then I had to be interviewed in the US embassy and it was so smooth as I had visualized. Then while I had medical concerns before, I got a “Fit to Work” certification after my Medical exams…and in 2009 I got here. And it did not cost me a single cent!

Now I have a good job with good pay. I live in a luxury apartment, I send money to my family in the Philippines and I get to see beautiful places here in USA. I have money in the bank and eat in fancy restaurants. I will be buying my car soon and will have more blessings and abundance in life.
I am grateful for all the joy that the knowledge of LOA is bringing me. I intend to help others learn about it and see them living the life we all deserve.
