Where do I start from? My life has been so richly blessed that I could go on and on but hey, let me just share a few of my numerous blessings with you.

Before my mum gave me The Secret book, I had always lived by faith and attracted lots of amazing things to my life, including the house I live in today and the friends I have. Fast forward to the time I read The Secret and boom, my life changed and became better.

I live and work in Lagos, Nigeria where the traffic congestion is intense. As a mother of three children with a job and a side business, it was a struggle, so I prayed and asked God for a job I could work 3 days a week that would pay me better than the previous jobs I had worked at. Some friends and family members thought that was a stretch. They told me no big company would hire me on those terms but I told them to watch and they’d see it happen. And they did!

I got a job I love with all my heart which met all my criteria and the company even accepted my proposed resumption time of 9 am instead of 7:30 am. It was like a dream for even my colleagues who said they didn’t know the company made such exceptions.

Now, one year after working at that job, I felt I needed more time to grow my fitness business into a bigger brand. I kept getting this nagging feeling to resign. It was so strong that I shared it with my husband and family. They didn’t understand my leaving a good job for uncertainty but they supported me nonetheless. Inside of me, I knew that a job was waiting for me when I resigned but I needed to take the big step.

So I picked a resignation date, wrote my letter, and saved it on my computer. The week I submitted it happened to be the week the other content writer in my company tendered her own resignation to resume at another company. That meant that if I left, there would be no content/copywriter for this big non-financial company.

Long story short, I sent in my resignation and the company negotiated a remote position with me. Get this, I now work 3 days a week, 8 hours a day from the comfort of wherever I choose and I’m paid more than when I commuted to work!

This is a blessing and it all came through God’s revelation of The Secret to me and harnessing the principles mentioned in the book. Now, I’m on a roll. I’ve gotten The Power book and the audiobook. I got The Magic, which has greatly taught me about gratitude. I also got The Secret movie which I watch as often as possible.

I strongly believe miracles follow me around and that I am a miracle. I have my list of desires and I know will manifest another one real soon. I hope to be back to recount them. I wish that we all learn to really ask for what we want, believe, and wait patiently for it to manifest because it will.

I hope my story inspires someone out there, and I send Magic Dust to you all. May your life be rich with all the abundance God and the Universe have in store.
