The gist of my backstory begins when I was 12 years old talking to my father while helping him at his job. He was a self-employed carpenter and I told him that I was going to have a job that allowed me to use my brain and that I would have a beautiful woman, with similar interests and thoughts as my life partner.

Fast forward 38 years. In 2016 I lost my entire business of 27 years to a fire. I realized my marriage was based on my status as a business owner. I was also informed by many people to prepare for a fight of at least two years with my insurance company and to expect to receive minimal to nothing in finances from them.

When I met with my Insurance Agent for the first time, he was very aloof and I began to wonder if what I was told would be true. I could not allow myself to succumb to everyone else’s beliefs. So as part of my healing process, I requested that I be allowed to assist with my insurance claim which my Insurance Agent agreed to. For the next 3 weeks, I spent 14 hour days sitting at my kitchen table, writing and collecting all of the information I could for my insurance claim. At the end of the 3 weeks, I placed a 4 inch binder on my Insurance Agent’s desk. His original demeanor seemed to change and he told me that no one had ever assisted him in this manner before with his reports and that he would send my binder along with his report to the head office immediately. Not less than 2 weeks later, I received a phone call from the Insurance Company’s main office. The person on the other end thanked me profusely for the work I put in regarding my claim. He told me that I actually saved them what would have taken their staff close to a year to complete.

Within 3 months of losing my entire business of 27 years to a fire, I had received a check for the full replacement amount!

In 2018 I was hired by a company for a job that very few people are even aware exists, as there is no direct educational system in place to obtain this type of work. My position entails Infrastructure Asset Management based around capital planning. My years as a business owner and all of the qualifications and experience I had acquired over those years has placed me in my exact ‘Dream Job’ that I had always wanted but did not know how to obtain. I am now completely out of the labor intensive work world and I am being paid an exuberant amount of money for my brain and my knowledge.

The breakdown of my past marriage that occurred after the fire loss, created room for me to grow as a person. I am currently in a relationship with a beautiful woman who has the same values, morals, work ethic, exercise habits, and life goals as me.

I have used The Secret as an adult over the years for small items in my life but never really understood the full power that it contained. I can now say without a doubt that I am all in! The Secret has more than proven itself to me. It has shown me that I have the ability to create my desires at any age, past, or future. My intentions are to pay forward all of my positive creations to assist those who may have doubts.
