Nevertheless, It Works

Akola, IndiaI am a student of first year Chemical Engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur.
When I was a school student, I was very fond of making poems, and being an orator. But I used to underestimate myself and think that I couldn’t do it, it was a job for people very good and efficient at literature. Still, I used to imagine that some day I will be a good orator and a poet.
When I came to VNIT, Engineering first year, there was a notice put up regarding an entrance test for a candidate’s selection in the editorial team of our institute’s annual magazine. I thought, “That is a true platform to begin in the field of literature.” I passed the entrance test and luckily also qualified for the interview. After appearing for the interview, and until the results were out, I used to imagine simply that I am an editor in the team, I am sitting in its meetings, and myself in the editorial team photograph. Whenever I used to call my mother, I would say, “Mummy, I am selected in the editorial team.” And she used to reply, “Yes, you are selected.”
As and when the results were out, really not a wonder, “The Secret” and the Infinite Intelligence brought to me what I wanted. Today I am happy that I am an editor in the team “MAG.COM.” Hats off to The Secret…
