First off I would like to thank Rhonda and The Secret team for their generosity in sharing such a great deal of life changing knowledge. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so very grateful for all you do for us.

I came across The Secret back in 2011 when my personal and spiritual growth was at a standstill. I was in college at that time and had little to no inspiration whatsoever. I did my research and came across the video introducing The Secret on YouTube. I was astonished by all I heard and decided that if this secret thing really worked I’ll “try” and attract the book and a parking spot to start with. You know how it is when you find out about something and are a complete skeptic, right? Exactly! So I waited and waited for this book. The parking spot worked wonders and of course it still does! The Universe led me to go to half priced books sale one day and I was wondering around the store not realizing why I had been there. I was wandering to a section of the store that said ‘New Age’. Out of curiosity I went over to that section and as soon as I look up, there was the one and only book. Oh my gosh! I thought to myself, it does work!

I stood there staring at this book on the shelf for about a minute or two, and it dawned on me that I picked up this same book but at a different store a year before not knowing what it was. At that time I was an avid bible student. I was taught as a kid that anything outside the Bible was bad so I put it back. I found a NIV study bible and went in my merry way. Anyhow, I took The Secret book off the shelf and hurry to the front counter to purchase it and leave the store. I went to pick up my kids from school but while I was waiting for them I read the book. By the time school was dismissed I had read more than half the book already. I had decided to go to the school an hour early just so I could read instead of going about my normal routine of running errands, household chores and school work. Nope, I am going to read every page in this book I told myself. After gathering my children and getting them home I sat down for a few moments more and completed this magnificent book! My God I thought to myself, what on earth have I been missing? In the book it talked about using vision boards as one method of attraction. I didn’t delay in creating one as clearly The Secret had worked the first two times with a parking spot and the book itself. So I make a vision board and put my desires on it. Listed below is some what I had written for my desires.

1. Seeing Beyoncé. My daughter and I went to see her in concert at the KFC YUM Center for my daughter’s 7th birthday.

2. Beyoncé perfume.

3. A Samsung phone.

4. A new laptop for school.

5. Money.

6. Graduate with honors.

The above were just to name a few. Some did not manifest, yet but the majority of the things I desired, I got!

My story is really about this one thing that I had been wanting though. Recently I decided that I no longer wanted to work a job where I am forced to wait weekly or biweekly for a paycheck. So I said to the Universe that I want a job where I can work when I want to, making good money and being paid hundreds of dollars a day. And guess what?! It happened! I now work for a food delivery place that affords me the ability to set my own schedule making good money and I still have time for myself. I can live my life and be with my amazing family!

I stay thankful for all things and situations at all times! Stay faithful to your desires because the Universe wants you to have them. The Secret works. I have manifested cars, jobs, money, apartments, experiences, shoes, watches and the list goes on! Stay believing. Stress not, worry not!
