An Indian girl here. I was a happy go lucky girl with no intentions of falling in love. But as I turned 21 God had other plans for me. He came into my life, a man who was 10 years elder than me, matured, tall, handsome, caring and perfect. We fell in love and after the initial months he had to leave my city for work, but our relationship got stronger with distance.

As we crossed 1.5 years of our relationship, I accidently found out from his colleague that he is married for 10 years and has two kids. My world just stopped I was devastated, anxious, panic attacks and everything you can imagine. Later I confronted him and found that as he belongs to a typical village from India, he was forced to marry at the tender age of 22 for his parents but he fell in love with me. I immediately broke up with him. Neither was he ready to let me go nor could he give a divorce to his wife due to the societal norms. He wanted both. Thinking about his kids, I broke up and decided to move on.
But letting go was very difficult.

Then I came across The Secret movie on YouTube and it taught me many things including that we can’t control other’s actions. You can control your own thoughts and you will get everything you want at the right time. So my real journey with The Secret started. I realised I will love him forever but now it was time to live for me. I began my daily gratitude practices, thanking him for all the wonderful moments. I started feeling happy being alone in my own shoes. Most importantly I let him go, thinking that if he is meant to be, the Universe will bring him back to me. I started working towards achieving my dream career and daily finding new reasons to be happy.

Fast forward to a year later. I have my dream job, I am in the best shape of my life. I have had uncountable manifestations and as you all guessed, I have him exclusively as mine, as my husband. The Universe made him realize my genuine love and he came back in the most unimaginable manner.

Thank you Rhonda Mam for The Secret. Today as I sit next to my man, I hope every one of you reading my story gets whatever you truly wish for. All you have to do my friends is just trust the Universe and let it go.
