Thank you Rhonda and all involved with bringing The Secret to the attention of the world. It literally has got me through some of my darkest moments and will continue to be my way forward for life.

I have dreamed of being able to post my story on this website ever since I began learning The Secret. Since my amazing friend brought The Secret to my attention over 10 years ago, I have continuously manifested small things in my life. They all add up, but today was a major for me, and it didn’t surprise me at all.

A good friend of mine had said to me about a month ago when I was going through some troubles with my now ex-boyfriend at the time, that he had this feeling I would be going overseas and I wouldn’t have to pay for it, and that it wouldn’t be with my boyfriend.

My first thought was “How the heck could that happen?” As The Secret teachings say, you don’t need to know how, the hows are the domain of the Universe.

The last week I had a major meltdown on the phone to my mum. I ended my relationship and felt like I was a failure, that at 29 yrs old I should have been married with kids just like all my other friends. I had a knack of attracting “bad seeds” so I always ended up ending relationships.

Then the next day I posted on Facebook how desperate I was for a holiday. My friend brought a competition on a radio station to my attention with the prize being a trip to Rarotonga, so last week I entered. I had never been overseas ever, and Rarotonga has always been the ONE destination I said I’d always go to first, some day. I even have a picture of it on my vision board.

All last week I was telling my family, friends and co-workers “I am going to win this trip, they are going to pick me”. Some people mocked my positivity but deep down I kept saying “They will see when I win how the LOA really works”.

I had a picture of the competition logo on my screensaver for my iPhone. I had a picture of Rarotonga on my desk at work. I visualized and FELT the feeling of getting that phone call saying I had won.

And this morning, I woke up and literally said “Today is the day I will win my holiday to Rarotonga”.

I got the call at 8.15 am. I was live on air, on the radio, and they told me I had won!

What you visualize, you materialize! So true!

Never underestimate the power of your feelings and positive thinking. I can’t wait to post my next story, I know it’s only a matter of time before another major thing like this happens for me again.
