Two years ago I discovered The Secret. Intrigued by what I had seen, I set out on a quest to get the book. At first I asked someone to get it for my birthday, but they didn’t, so I forgot about it for a moment.

One day, walking through a department store, the book literally jumped out at me and I knew that I had to get it.

I took my find to work with me and began reading on my lunch break. I was nearly late from lunch because I was so caught up in the pages of this book. I finished the book in two days and vowed that I would begin to practice The Law of Attraction.

First things I tried didn’t work, and again I lost faith and just forgot about it.

Well, last year at my job, I just felt like I wasn’t getting out of it what I was putting into it. I went to the bathroom and prayed to God to show me a way out. Still, a year later, still at the same job, however, I picked up the book and read it again and watched the DVD and I decided that I was going to challenge the universe. I said out loud, “I will have twenty-five thousand dollars in my bank account in three months and I will have another job that will allow me to take care of my boys and be able to take them to school and pick them up each day.” I printed off the check, wrote it out, and put it in my closet since I have to go in there every single day.

Well, today I received notification that I have received an early retirement option with my job and I will receive a lump sum and then residual payments for years to come. The lump sum will be a little over twenty-five thousand dollars AND I have a new job waiting in the wings that will allow me to not only take my boys to school and pick them up but also to work from home.

So, all those times that I gave up, I just needed to learn to use my unwavering faith and it will really work. The next story I will post here will be when my business that I’m hoping to start in the coming years is successful, all because I use and will continue to use The Secret! So, in closing… just believe!
