I and another coworker recently applied for an open position at the company that we work for. I decided, as I am from human resources, that I would be happy to remain in my current position, or, I would also be happy to take the new one if offered to me.

A couple of days ago, the department manager informed me that they selected the coworker for the open position. I decided instantly that I was happy for her and also happy to remain in my current position; I am grateful for what I already have, which is an abundance of blessings, personally and professionally. God continues to bless me and has always blessed me throughout my life.

Exactly a year ago yesterday, I almost died due to a bilateral pulmonary embolism. So, it is because of that and many other blessings that I am immensely grateful and humble for everything I have in life. By God’s grace, I cheated death, and I am on the road to perfect health. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
