My spiritual journey began around 3 years ago when I read The Secret for the first time.

This is my third story on the website. When I wrote my second story in Jan 2014, at the time I was suffering from anxiety/mild depression and was unhappy. The doctors had prescribed me medication and I remember how positive and uplifted I felt from reading all your lovely comments.

Well that same year, everything turned around, approximately 2 weeks after posting the story I quit the medication, went on a holiday, and on my return began therapy.

My 6 weeks of therapy, I completed in just 3 weeks and gathered such inner strength that even the doctors were surprised how well I recovered. I truly believe that I carried forward the blessings from you all.

That same year in June I completed my education and went on to pursue my career in modelling with the teachings of The Secret.

I managed to manifest all the necessary contacts, with time and patience. The only way to describe it is as if 1000 invisible hands appear taking you forward on your journey.

I have since then walked a major globally recognised fashion week and have done editorials and front cover spreads for various magazines including Vogue. My modelling work is taking me around the world and I am so grateful

One thing which I’ve realised since my spiritual journey began is that life does throw many challenges at you, but it is up to us to take the good from it. I see challenges now as an opportunity for me to grow. I meditate on a regular basis, keep a good exercise regime to cleanse my mind, body and soul and listen to positive affirmations consistently. These have all helped me to achieve and give me strength to persevere.

I try to heal, teach and communicate with people using the teachings of The Secret and I find it very fulfilling. The Secret has been a great platform for me to help widen my spirituality, which I love to explore in different ways.

I carry on with my dreams and aspirations and wish for you all to do the same! For anyone who is in a dark place at the moment, I urge you to keep your faith and trust because good is on its way. Most of the time it is right there in front of us, we just have to step out of our comfort zone and reach out to it.
