I had seen ‘The Secret’ on the Oprah show several months ago and decided to check the web and see what I could find. I found your web site and spent a few hours reading all the stories etc. I read late into the night.

We had not been having the best of luck financially over the last 6 months… we had to purchase a new car which had taken all of our savings and we had some credit cards debts. After reading all the information on your web site, I decided to be more positive and believe in the Secret.

The next morning I got up and printed out some of the cheques from the web site. As I was waiting for a phone call about a refund from FTB, I filled out the expected amount on the cheque. Within hours the FTB office had rung me and said they had only paid us for 1 child and not 4, so the amount would be $14 000 for 2006-2007, plus they had to work out the amount for the previous year. This worked out to be $28 000. Much more than the cheque I had written out for $2500.

Also on the same day a friend poked me on Facebook. I had lost contact with her and often thought about her.

The next day I received a phone call about a course my son was booked into (they had rung previously and changed the venue and date to an inconvenient place). They now had the course on at the original location again. Great, less traveling…..

A day later my husband came home from overseas. Lying in bed that night I told him about my secret. The next morning he checked his work emails and got a surprise to see he was going to receive a $40 000 bonus from work.

During the next week I purchased a copy of the book and the DVD. I will be sharing these with my friends and family. We have to appreciate what we have before we can receive more.
