I was visiting the Mont St Michel in France with my husband who had a leg injury at the time. As we had our dog with us, we could not all use the bus that took us from the car park to the monument. So I said to him, “You go on the bus and I will walk there with our dog.” He went off and got on the bus. As soon as the bus drew away, I realized that he had the poo bags with him and now I had nothing at all with me to use to pick up anything that my dog might do. I was feeling a bit desperate. All I could think of was that I needed a poo bag as the alternative that my dog desecrated a sacred place, was horrible to think about.

I carried on walking towards the Abbey and then to my absolute amazement, right in front of me, was a clean, unused poo bag!! Thank you thank you thank you!
