I am writing in to thank Rhonda and The Secret team for their wonderful book that changed my life and to thank all the people whose stories on this site have always helped me keep the faith and cheered me up when I am down. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

In March 2012, I was down in the dumps. I hated my job, was not earning as much as I wanted, was fighting with my husband constantly and was really negative and depressed about everything.

I came across The Magic in May 2012, when I was looking for an interesting book to order online. Actually I ordered it because it was on discount, but once I read it I was HOOKED! I ordered The Secret, read it, and it made PERFECT sense! I saw the movie and LOVED it! It was like a light bulb went on in my head! Then I got The Secret and The Power audios on my iPod and started listening to them constantly, at work, at home, and in the car. I also started a Gratitude journal. But I am a bit lazy so I wrote all my ”Thank Yous” in my iPhone notes and read them almost everyday. 😉 I also created a vision board on my laptop and a whiteboard in my room with pictures and drawings of all my wishes.

Within months, things started to change. And here is what happened:

1. I became a much, much, much more positive person! Leaving things to the Universe was like a load had been lifted off my shoulders. I felt so light and carefree thinking that it would all be done for me and I just have to stay happy and keep the faith!

2. My husband and I have a beautiful, fun marriage now and are really happy. We still have the occasional argument, but we get back to normal real fast 🙂

3. My relationships with my family got better.

4. It was my dream to go back to NYC and have a life there with my husband. I started telling people at work that I may be moving back. By August 2012, my husband’s company created a role for him in the US 🙂

4. I also wanted a great job in NYC that I love and pays me well. I interviewed just 2 weeks ago and got the offer today, at the level I wanted (which was iffy for a while) and at a great salary! SO Grateful!

5. I wanted my work permit to come within 2 weeks of being in NYC. Well, today they asked for 1 additional document and hopefully, it’ll be a breeze after that. 🙂

6. I used to have shooting pains in my hip joint. I gave thanks for my health every day since reading The Magic and the pains have disappeared!

The Secret TOTALLY works! It is so AMAZING to see how much has happened within less than a year! From feeling hopeless and trapped, I now feel carefree and very very optimistic! My husband used to make fun of me till a month ago, but seeing all these changes happen in such a short time, he’s become a believer too. 🙂

I still have days when I’m disappointed or upset, but I make a conscious effort to get out of that mood as soon as I can. I watch funny movies or go out with friends. Anything to make myself happy, because I know that’s the way to ensure that great things keep coming to me ALWAYS. I am SO excited for the awesome things that life has in store for us :)))
