I want to start by saying thank you to Rhonda and the rest of The Secret Team. I also want to thank everyone who has shared their stories on this website. It is my inspiration when negativity starts to rear it’s head. Thank you!

So I’ve know about The Secret for awhile and it just seemed hokey and unrealistic to me. I just could not get myself to truly believe. So I kept putting it aside.

Huge mistake.

About 2 weeks ago I decided that I was going to try it one last time. I pulled out The Magic and really started to try and put the practices to work.

The Secret suggests you start small if you need to prove it works. I’ve been asking for huge things and not really believing. But this time was different. I started small. Before I left the house I thanked the universe for my perfect parking spot.

This morning I drove to work and there is a parking garage that is right next to my work. It is always full because it provides shade. I pulled in to the second level where I always park because the first level is always full. There was one parking spot left and I thanked the universe for it. But I discovered that because how the other cars were parked, I couldn’t fit into it. Something told me to not even try and go to the first level. So I did.

There were no parking spots but then a woman waved at me and gestured to her car. She was leaving and I was in the perfect position to pull into the spot. I quickly rolled down my window and thanked her and pulled into my perfect shader spot on the first level.

And then I had a HUGE realization.

Since I started practicing The Secret in earnest, I have always had a spot in the parking garage. I haven’t had to circle around it once in the last two weeks or even just give up like I used to. There has always been a spot for me.

I thanked the universe right then and my doubting was erased.

I can’t wait to go home tonight and ask the universe for the bigger things. I know now I will get them. Thank you!
