I recently found out about The Secret. I was always a negative person, so this came at a time when I needed it the most. I’ve been practising the LOA for the last 3 months. Each day I write what I’m grateful for. I’ve asked and believed and I’ve visualized what I wanted. My main ask was for financial help so I can get the family home that I always wished for.

I’ve been very lucky in life and not even realized it. I have always wanted more and compared myself to others. When I first started reading The Secret I wanted a new sofa. We found our sofa and I bought it outright. The money wasn’t an issue although I felt a bit guilty for spending so much when it could have helped out elsewhere.

When we were supposed to receive our sofa, I got an email saying that it was out of stock and we would have to wait another 8 weeks. I was gutted. We had waited for it 3 months already. I didn’t get angry like I usually would, instead, I thought, what will be, will be. My partner was very shocked that I took this so well. Then out of nowhere, I got an email to say that it will be delivered the next week. Instead of waiting for 8 weeks, I waited for 1 week! I could not believe my luck.

We now have our sofa and I love it. This morning I feel more grateful than ever. When I was in doubt was when I realized that it actually works. I will carry on believing that everything I am asking for will come, and if anything, The Secret is showing me life lessons beforehand. I am successful and will get all that I need in life. Thank you!
