You are truly a life changer! I’m Nandita from Mumbai in India and I’ve manifested a lot of things using the LOA. I choose to specifically talk about this one since it is one of my dearest and biggest manifestation till date. My job/internship manifestation story.

My Internship with this big data MNC in Mumbai was like a dream come true. I was a confused twenty-something year old who didn’t know what career choice to make. I made a request to the Universe by writing in my diary, “Please give me some clarity on what career would be perfect for me.”.  The Universe answered and I suddenly realized that Human Resources (HR) was what I really want to do!  I don’t know how the Universe knew and told me but it just happened. I took “action” which is a really important part of the LOA and joined a Diploma program in HR because my post graduate degree was in general management and also to increase my chances of getting a job.

Action:
1. Updated my CV by making improvements in its presentation and content.

2. I applied to various jobs using online job portals and I suddenly came across the name of this big MNC and very excitedly wrote to the recruiter and attached my updated CV. His immediate response was that I should come for an interview the next day which made me both excited and nervous.

3. I was interviewed by 3 people; a general recruiter, an intern recruiter and the line manager. I gave the interview very confidently and got selected on the spot but an official confirmation did not come to me so I became really restless. Every time I contacted them they said I would have to wait it out. I waited for 1 1/2 months. It was an anxious and irritating time considering it was unprofessional and also unfair as the response has to come within a week or two of the interview, especially since my interview experience was so positive. I did several follow ups which only resulted in them buying more time. But somewhere I had this hope that they will select only me!

During this 45 days wait period this is what I did to attract it to me.

Manifestation Techniques I Used:

1. I wrote an offer letter to myself with the logo of the company on the top right and the signature of the concerned Internship recruiter at the bottom. I wrote the stipend amount per month they offered to pay (as discussed in the interview) and that they are really happy to have me on board and with “Congratulations ” on it. I kept sending it to the same email ID that I was using to coordinate with the recruiter. Sometimes I would get shocked at it myself thinking it had actually come to me. But this really works man!!  This technique gave me clarity on exactly what I wanted and I had conveyed that to the Universe by re-sending it to myself.

2. Visualizing the recruiter calling me by imagining his calls on my phone. Pretending to talk to him and him saying that I was selected and congratulating me.

3. Before applying to this job I had made my dream job list in my diary stating the salary, the kind of work atmosphere, industry, job type, the colleagues, the boss, job description, work timings and the job perks I wanted. That sent out my wishes to the Universe with exactly what I wanted. Also to please deliver at the earliest and to the tee.  P.S: Be specific! Spend time making your list and write each and every detail because you’re gonna get what your ordered.

4. Visualized going to the same office and receiving my offer letter and writing gratitude for already having received it in the present tense as if it had already happened. Thanking the Universe for giving me this job that I had asked for.

Results:

I gave the interview in July mid. On 27th August ’16 I finally got a call saying that I was selected and that the line manager under whom I will be working will be giving me a call. It was a Saturday and I was suppose to join on Monday so I was really thrilled. The boss seemed like a nice, friendly person. Apparently I replaced an MBA who at the time wasn’t performing as per expectations and to my luck, the other candidates who interviewed weren’t good enough. The manager felt I was the best for the job! I was thrilled and on top of the world.

Mistakes:

While making the dream job list I wasn’t very specific about exactly what I wanted to do in the job and focused more on the externals. The result of that was I didn’t exactly do very high quality work during my 3 month Internship. Nonetheless, I learned a lot about HR during this period and I am ever so grateful for the same.

Signs From The Universe:

1.The day I had to give my interview I didn’t sleep all night and I was looking at the sunrise from the window of my sea facing room. I was feeling so thankful and positive for some strange reason, as if something good was about to happen, something was going to change. It was a clear, conscious and good feeling, as if the Universe was giving me an advance indication that something good was going to happen.

2. An eagle came to my window with food in its mouth. I Googled the meaning and found out that it means that the person who it is visiting is going to get money or find means for an income or a new job. I was really thrilled.

3. Coincidentally, I also got an email from an Indian LOA mentor who I had subscribed to for doses of positivity and it read “Your offer letter is on its way”. I was super happy, as if the Universe was talking to me! All smiles remembering it*.

4. After I started working, I used to see 11:11 everywhere I went. On train time indicators, on my laptop, on my phone, on the internet. When I Googled it I read that when you see this it means you are doing something right and the Universe is trying to convey to you that you are on the right track! How amazing!!
