Inspiration for my future
Well, I wasn’t the coolest kid growing up in middle school. I was fat, dumb, and plain boring. I was always teased and made fun of in my middle school days. But in middle school I kept my hopes up that everything would change after middle school. I imagined being cool, athletic, good looking, and charming with the girls.
Then slowly in my freshman year I started to change. I lost some weight. I changed the way I looked and how I communicated with people. Then my Sophomore year I started to make friends with people that were in a higher grade level, and they didn’t find me boring. I lost more weight and I tried out for the water polo team at my school. I made varsity team but unfortunately I couldn’t play because I had bad grades and had to make up credits. But I got to practice all summer for the sport, so I knew what it took and what it was all about to be a water polo athlete.
Then one of my friends that year named David, who was a senior, told me I should read this book called “The Secret”. I read it and I noticed that even though I didn’t know about the law of attraction, I was using it all the time during those 2 years in high school.
Thanks to everyone who made it possible to make “The Secret”. I am getting whatever it is I focus on, and it’s turning my life into a great adventure. I’m a Senior now, and I am getting this AWESOME! opportunity to go to the number one art school there is in the U.S. called Academy of Arts University, where I will be studying and becoming the next Tim Burton or just striking it big with money in the art industry.
I played water polo this year and made varsity, and I have good luck with girls and dating.
Thank you! To everyone who helped create The Secret.
