I had this problem more than a year ago. It concerns some broken equipment in my house. Given that the location of my house is very remote, it is a challenge to find someone to come here and fix a problem. And if someone does come, usually they either don’t know what to do or they don’t have the items or tools they need that will fix the problem that day.

A team of laborers came over to install something in my house. As they were working, I checked on them and the things that they were working on. I noticed that the item that they brought with them was a bit lower in specifications than what I actually asked for. So I voiced my observation. The team leader replied that this was the appropriate design for my house. Because of this, I felt disappointed. But then I remembered the daily affirmation that I had read earlier for that day. It said something like, remember to be grateful for everything that has value, however small it is. That made me change my thoughts and feelings right away and I focused on the good things. I opened The Secret Super App and wrote down what I was grateful for. I said thank you for that new item.

After the installation, I asked one of the guys to check a broken item that had been down for a long time. I asked without expectations and the guy didn’t give me any assurances. He checked and did what he could to fix it. And to my surprise, he was able to make my equipment work again. I was so happy and grateful. I profusely praised and thanked the guys.

That event just made me believe even more in the power of positivity. Imagine having immediate and positive results because you have been grateful for the little things. Truly, the Universe will align with your thoughts and your attitudes.
