I learned about The Secret from one of the trainings I attended back in 2011. From that day on, I believed in The Secret. I learned how to ask, believe and receive what I wanted. I got into the university that I wanted to go to using the law of attraction. However, after getting into university, I forgot the power I had and the ability to ask for anything and making it happen in my life. I was looking for a job back in 2014. I got stressed and got rejected in one interview after another. My healthy body became prone to illness and I and started developing hemorrhoids.

I went through pain in late 2014 and after a lot of effort from my side the symptoms reduced in early 2015. However, the symptoms came back by mid 2015. I found a job in July 2015 and started working. The symptoms did not go away, regardless of the home treatment methods I was following. I did not want to go to a doctor nor did I tell anyone. In early 2016 the symptoms got worse.

By mid 2016, I had almost given up, and thought I’d go to the doctor. I was clearing out some of my old files and books and I found The Secret book which I had stashed back in 2013. The moment I saw the book I realized what I had forgotten. It gave me hope. I felt I had the power within me, the power I had forgotten about.

For the last one and half years I was focusing on how to heal and reduce the inflammation of hemorrhoids. I was thinking about it every day. Thinking about it before eating or drinking anything to consider if it would worsen the situation or not. I understood what I was doing wrong. I went through the literature and videos again. I thought about the things that I had attracted into my life consciously and unconsciously.

I knew what I had to do. I asked for it. I asked for a healthy body and I set a time for it, one week. Do you think it is unreasonable considering that I have had this illness for a year and a half? I asked for it, I believed I would have a healthy body by the start of next week and I was ready to enjoy my health. And guess what? I got what I wanted! The hemorrhoids shrunk and disappeared.

It has been 2 weeks since I have healed and my body is healthy and will remain healthy. But most importantly, I rebuilt my trust in myself to use The Secret after 3 years of not practicing it. I’m grateful that I attended that training back in 2011. I’m thankful to the trainer who taught me about the existence of the law of attraction. I’m thankful to Rhonda Byrne for writing a book about it and bringing together people who practice The Secret in an effort to share knowledge about law of attraction with the world. I’m thankful to the Universe that I have a healthy body. I’m thankful to myself for believing in what I want.
