I’m writing this story because I am still fathoming of how far I have come. Reading The Secret and all of these books has made such a turn around in my life. Like literally, I went into a complete 180.

This year had been very rough for me. I had some good moments and had a lot of bad moments but they made me stronger. Eventually, I didn’t know that all of my inner demons that chained me before were going to come to a boiling point. All of my worst fears came to life and I was imprisoned by fear, anxiety, and negativity. I felt like I had nothing to live for. All I did was just exist and survive. I didn’t feel happy and not the way would have wanted to feel and be. Reading The Secret opened my eyes. I was blind. It was like someone opened the curtains. I decided that enough was enough and I wanted to be the amazing young woman that I knew I was. Within just a month of doing this, I saw small, but significant changes within myself. These victories became bigger as time went on.

1) I let go all of my past and mistakes that I had made. I’m not stressed or ashamed of my past anymore.

2) My mindset has changed to a positive one which has helped my health significantly.

3) This was huge one for me, overthinking. I used to do that so much that it was unreal. But I haven’t done that for almost 2 months now.

4) I’m more aware of the words I say. I focus on the good things in my life and the things I do want.

5) I am more patient and gentle with people, slow to anger.

6) I am independent again, relying on myself to be happy.

7) Loving myself more than I ever did before and not faking it until I make it.

8) I haven’t been quick to rush into panic and I don’t worry about things anymore. If there’s something concerning, I keep myself calm.

The Secret works. It actually works. I was shocked. I prayed for a solution and God sent me this. And man, am I blessed to be so much better than I was before. Thank you to The Secret and the team and the Universe and God for helping me so much!!!!
