The story dates back to when I was 17 years old. I had one problem in my life. My height was 5’5″ which was not that bad but I wasn’t satisfied and I wanted my height to be around 5’8″ or 5’9″.

Though I had come across The Secret several times before, I didn’t actually believe it. But as the days passed and I became more worried about my height, I thought, why not try The Secret? There was no other way left and also there was no harm in trying.

So I watched the movie again. After I saw the movie and understood it well, I made a routine. Every morning after waking up, I would look at myself as a tall person in the mirror and thank God for that. I had started believing that my height was about 5’9″. Also at night, I would thank God for all the things I had.

So for the first 14 days, nothing new happened. But the 15th day was a magical day for me. I don’t know why but I was in deep thought when it struck me that my height wasn’t increasing, perhaps because I had done pull-ups and weight lifting at a young age, and maybe my growth was stunted. I searched the net and yes, bodybuilding does stunt your growth! That was what I read.

I don’t know why, maybe as I had applied The Secret, something inside me told me to do stretching exercises and that would give me back my growing capacity.

So again, another thing was added to my routine now, stretching exercises. Now I would wake up, see myself as a tall man, do stretching exercises once in the morning and again in the evening, and would thank God for everything I had. Whenever I ate something, I would imagine that it is going into my body and was helping to increase my height.

Before all this, whenever I saw tall people, I used to get demotivated and sad, wondering why I was not taller. However, I now changed my attitude. Now, whenever I saw such people, I would say, “Relax, you are also 5’8″ or 5’9″ tall.” Basically, I didn’t let negative thoughts get in my way.

I didn’t measure my height for another one and a half months. But after that when I measured, it was as if a miracle had happened. I had grown taller by 1 cm. That was not a lot of growth but it was appreciable, as my growth was stunted before. I gained confidence and if you have confidence with The Secret, it works magic.

Now I’m 23 years old and my height is 5’8″. So, The Secret really does work!
